Webinish with Lord Zoom
Create a webinar-style experience using Zoom Meetings.

Want to deliver a polished presentation using the Zoom Meetings licence you already have?

Join Lord Zoom to discover how to set up a meeting for presenter-led delivery, manage audience microphones and cameras, control screen sharing, collect questions and invite participation when you choose.

We’ll start with a short strategic overview, then move into a “Do it with me” build session, where you can configure your own meeting alongside the demonstrations. We’ll finish with Q&A, answering questions collected throughout both sessions.

You’ll also learn what Zoom Meetings Pro lacks compared with Webinars, Webinars Plus and Events, which workarounds are practical, and when an upgrade makes sense.

Leave with a reusable setup checklist and a clear process for your next presentation.

Bring your idea. Build your setup. Make your next meeting Webinish.

The procedure for participants making recordings has changed.
Once you give permission, their recording will start!

After you give permission, they can pause, resume, stop, and record again.

See how meeting participants can now initiate a Zoom recording directly from their own interface.

In this demonstration, we look at the new workflow where a participant triggers the recording process. As you will see, the host receives a specific notification to approve the recording request, streamlining how capture permissions are handled during live sessions.

This update changes the dynamic for Zoom host management, allowing for more delegated control over session documentation. If you manage webinars or collaborative meetings, understanding how these permissions flow between attendees and the host is essential for maintaining control over your content.

Come and see my strategy to open up Zoom Polls.
One App Alrerady released.
Two more are on the way.
Zoom Polls in ways you never thought possible.

# Making Zoom Better Every Day: Polls AppsCetera

I’ve released **Polls AppsCetera**, a simple app that lets you export polls from Zoom and import them into another meeting or webinar.

That small change opens up something much bigger. You can now share polls with another user, including someone at a different company. A trainer can pass a set of questions to a colleague. A producer can prepare polls for a client. A community can build a collection together.

I’ve also trained AI to help me write polls and format them for import into Zoom. I used that process to create a pub style quiz in about **ten minutes**.

For me, this is what **Zoom plus YOU** means. I saw a way to make an existing Zoom feature more flexible, built a practical tool around it, and found that it opened up new ways to create and share content.

Polls AppsCetera is one example of the AppsCetera approach: listen to how people use Zoom, spot what would make their work easier, build it, and share the result. I want others to try it, tell me what they make with it, and bring their own ideas to the conversation.

That’s my vision for **Making Zoom Better Every Day**.
